Pictures of the House Remodel - Before

Finally we have some pictures to show of the remodel process. Below are the pictures of the house before. Right after this post we will post all the remodel pictures ... this website can't handle lots of pictures in one post :) Some of the pictures are very dark and that is because the colors of the wallpaper before were very dark, not because we suck at taking pictures!

Here is the outside of our house ... and yes that is a 2 car garage!

This is our wonderful master bedroom before. There was 3 layers of vinyl wallpaper in this room that we had to tear down. We also had to rip up the carpet and put up new blinds.

Here is the living room before. More wallpaper to tear down and yes we threw away the ugly velvet curtains! We also ripped up the carpet and put up new blinds.

We really didn't have to do much to the kitchen. All the cabinets and tile were brand new. All we did was take down the wallpaper and paint it.

Here is the bathroom before. The people before us though it would be cool to wallpaper over the tile ... weird. We took off the wallpaper and put in a new vanity and shower head and painted.

This is the baby's room before. More layers of wallpaper to take down! There was also tile in this room but we just laid the hardwood floors over it.
